We would like to state that you have the following rights in relation to your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law;

Your application will be examined by Hedef Grup and answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your application within the scope of the provisions of the PDPL and the relevant legislation, and the response will be sent to you in writing or electronically. Within the scope of the applications, Erpen does not charge any fee as a rule, however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fees determined by the Board may be charged.
